Refrigerator Tech in Computers?

You know how fridges produce cold air and cool all the food inside? How come there are no computers that do this kind of thing? Just a thought.

Because the laws of thermodynamics.
Refrigerators generate more heat than they reduce. They have hot exhaust coming out the bottom/back.
Same thing with all forms of phase change cooling, they work great, but they generate a lot of heat.
