I am looking to buy a gpu under $650 aud and i have found some refurbished ones on ebay, are they worth? and are there any good gpus under $650 aud?

Unless you have trustworthy, established firm protection regarding fraud, with good refund policies in case of swindle/fraud, I am hesitant to ever recommend buying someone else's e-bay 'refurbs', as the market is awash unscrupulous folks selling lesser used cards at exorbitant inflated prices, with the seller never to be heard from again...

Ebay is full of scammer cards. Market them with latest names but in reality they comes with renamed old processors. Most of them are so outdated. so be aware, do a benchmark and compare it with other similer models before buying.
