Regarding GTX 1080ti

i started mining with msi gaming x gtx1080ti .I using Nicehash mining software .I installed msi afterburner to control on my card temp, as well I also see fan control option on Nicehash version 2 .When i run nicehash software for mining my gpu temperature going above 66 degree Celsius i opened afterburner and choose auto mode for fan control after that temperature balanced on 65 but fan mode shown 55% .And after that i choose nicehash fan control option my gpu temperature maintain 61 degree .I want to know is it save to use nicehash fan control function to maintain temperature or it will make reduce my gpu life span ? please suggest me which setting is good for mining to use afterburner or i choose nicehash fan control option or not ?

65C is safe temperature, especially running at 100% load while mining. The bigger issue is why are you using nicehash?
Afterburner is just fine to use, I'd trust that over the mining program.
