I am getting a cinebench Multicore score of 19500+ and single-core score of 1534+.

My specs are as below
Ryzen 9 5900x (Stock - No PBO)
Asus Proart X570 Creator wifi Motherboard
G.skill RipJaw V 3600Mhz 64GB RAM (no XMP Activated) its running at 2666MHZ
Noctua NH D15 Chromax Black cooler

kindly let me know if the score seen outside are PBO scores or there is some issue with my score seen here,

I am referring to the scores seen on this site:
https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/cpu-amd_ryzen_9_5900x

Kindly guide

I don't see any specific issues or concerns. You really can't accurately compare your system to those on the linked page because you don't know the configurations of each, what applications are also running on those systems, etc.

In your case, I suggest enabling XMP to run your system at the memory's rated speed and then testing again. When testing, make sure nothing else (not necessary) is running and that you don't perform any user functions (like moving the mouse or cruising the 'net).

Compare results to your previous results and share them here.

If your not using PBO and XMP is disabled then it doesn't sound out of the ordinary. I would run the RAM at higher than 2666Mhz though. I assume your running it like that because you have 4 DIMM's and it wasn't stable at 3600Mhz. If that's the case I would try 3200Mhz instead.

Also, your scores will be a little lower than what is published in the reviews because it won't be on a clean system. I've found with my system I usually take a 5% hit or so relative to the reviews.

OK i was worried considering if there was some setting i need to activate or so. also all the youtube videos of creators also showed a score of 22000+ so was worried if i missed something

i am having only two sticks of RAM as of now 32gb each. and i didnt go to activate it as of now. thats the reason lol.
so a 19500 score considering my system config is normal right??

OK I Didnt realize that. i felt they perform the actual test and provide the results.
Some are a valid source, but they will also show system configuration in detail. Like the rest of the internet, the broad, open, desolate flats of YouTube are mostly cruft and bull***t, with a few glorious peaks here and there. It's the unfortunate job of the user to decide what it what.

No. Not at all.
Ok thanks also one last thing I am having a ASUS Proart X570 motherboard and gskill ripjaw V 32x2 Gb 3600 MHZ
but who’s RAM stick is not mentioned in Qvl list of the motherboard. So can I still enable XMP or I won’t be able to

Is there any relevance to QVL list and XMP ??

Yes to both.
Thank god
I don’t know half knowledge is like poison
It infects the mind in a bad way.
Many YouTubers as well say statement like you can’t enable XMP and all so that kills it more than anythinb

But thanks to this post here many myths got cleared
This is my first post some query in a site like this and it came out well
Thanks to all

This is a great community. Always willing to help. Good luck!
Hello sir

Just a small query regarding xmp
In case I activate the Xmp of RAM and it’s not compatible or proves to be unstable then how would I know that
Is there any ways to see if it’s compatible or no with my motherboard ?

The system would likely just restart.

Not all memory will run in all systems at their rated speed. Multiple variables can prevent this from being achieved.

If that happens, you could select a slightly slower XMP profile and see if that is stable.

Other than when benchmarking, you won't see much of difference from a user perspective at any speed.

With games, a few FPS difference.

Thanks will keep that in mind
Thank to both of you for your inputs
ASUS is strongly telling not to use anything except QVL so was in a state of dilemma of what should I do
change the ram stick or continue using it

So came here for a answer

Not necessary to stick to QVL. I have both an AM5 and AM4 based systems running non-QVL memory at their full rated speeds. Zero issues.

So can I conclude that I can try XMP first if the current non QVL STICKS works and doesn’t restart or causes stability issues then it’s good if it does then only think of buying new sticks based on QVL?
