Took me a lot of searching, and I don't see any USENET links
about this either.
Regsrvc.exe is a legitimate service from Intel's older PROSet driver
software for wireless LAN. You may leave it on your machine with
comfort. There is also a regsvc.exe, which is Windows' own
remote registry server.
