HOW TO DELETE IE9 AND REINSTALL IE8 IN VINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE? PLZ SUGGEST ME....

I did this the other day. When you uninstall ie9 it will reactive ie8

Will this happen even when IE9 came from the factory, there was no upgrade???
