Computer just worked on (in professional shop). Now shows "Printer is Offline" when trying to use it.

Mine says that sometimes when it isn't switched on. 😀 Worth checking. The possibility is that the repair shop removed the driver. Go to Control Panel>Printers and Faxes and see if it appears trhere. If it doesn't, fish out the CD that came with it and use it to reinstall the printer.[/#000ff]
