Reinstalled windows 10

I accidentally deleted something in my c drive causing my windows to crash blah blah. Decided it was about time I refresh my laptop and drives anyways, so I used the onboard installer and reinstalled windows 10 completely. Now I think I've installed all the MSI software required but considering the fact that I can't run any computer game anymore, I'm assuming something is off or not there. It is a MSI gs70 stealth pro. Geforce 965m, and whatever else they put in that laptop with a total of 16gb ram. Does anyone have a list of all the software needed for that laptop? Or even a fix for my problem? I'm thinking it's the fact that my pc won't change over from the integrated graphics card to the GeForce. Thank you!
