Reinstalling network adapters issue

Hello, I can't access the internet because I somehow managed to uninstall my network adapter (killer networking) I have the installer already but when i try to run it it says error 1923 , you need to verify that you have privileges to change system services. I have a USB stick and access to other PCs, i need to download the drivers I think but the installer is there already. thanks for future responses

Are you running the setup as an administrator level user?
