Im going to reinstall windows 7 on my pc because it is FUBAR. I have a 60GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. All my games are on the HDD. While windows and some other things are on the SSD. If i were to reinstall wondows 7 would i need to clear my SSD? Could i leave my HDD unplugged during the install and would everything still be there? What would i have to do to reinstall windows 7 with the least amount of damage possible?

If you re-install Win7 on the SSD, you'll have to re-install all your games and other pgms again. Win7 has to set up its registry as it installs pgms.

Is the FUBAR issue the hardware or the software? If software, have you run CCleaner to see if it is a problem that can be fixed by correcting registry errors, software conflicts or other glitches? How about Malware, bloatware, ad-ware? Lots of that crap is poorly written code.

For safety you can unplugged your 1TB HDD so no matter what happen, no files no HDD will accidentally delete during windows 7 installation.
During windows 7 installation on part which you will see your SSD just click on it.. delete partition..wait for it to finish. Then click again to your SSD and click next to start installing windows. Remember not to format your SSD just click delete and start installing. After windows installation is finish. You can plugged your 1TB HDD again.. Hope this help..
