reinstalling windows 7

i tried to reinstall windows 7 it keeps saying failed and windows wont start

What are the error messages? "Failed and Windows won't start" is somewhat vague.

windows 7 failed to load have to reinstall widows! but I can't get into my laptop at all just keeps restarting
