Remote desktop language problem

Hey guys. Its been a while since i visited the forum.

I recently bought new (refurbished) PC for our office. It came with Windows 7 Proffesional preinstalled. The windows is using my local language as MUI language (bulgarian). However i noticed that i cant run remote desktop client on it to connect remotely to the server. The message i`m getting is that following:

The system cannot find the file specified.
C:\Windows\system32\<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.exe.MUI

Now, i checked like 5 times already and i have that file in both language folders (en-US and bg-BG)

Solutions i tried so far:
1. manually install KB969084 - got message its already installed
2. manually install KB2574819-v2 - got message its already installed
3. manually install KB2592687 - stuck on "checking updates on this computer" for hours

This issue has been resolved!
Solution: I was missing the "bg-BG" folder with its files inside wbem folder.
Note: those files are not with the name of the file it asked me.

error was suggesting a missing C:\Windows\system32\<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.exe.MUI while actualy i missed C:\Windows\system32\wbem\<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.mfl
