Hi everyone!
My small team recently switched to a remote work setup and I occasionally need to access their computers to provide support.
We’re using a mix of Windows, macOS and Linux, so I’m looking for a remote access tool that works well across all three platforms. File transfer is important and ideally the tool should be easy to use, reliable and reasonably priced.
What would you recommend for this kind of setup?
Thanks in advance.

In addition to the previous answer I’d recommend trying AnyDesk. It’s easy to use and performs well though the free version has some limits and might block you if you go over them. Another solid option is HelpWire. It supports all the platforms you need and is free for both personal and commercial use.

We have a paid version of Teamviewer at work, but lately i have been using the free version of Rustdesk. Supports Windows, Ubuntu, Mac, Android, Flatpak, iOS, Fedora, Arch Linux, Suse, Applemage, and web. I have 10 computers between desktops, laptops, and servers running it and my Iphone

Short of it supporting dual monitors (might just be the free version) i really cant tell the difference between rustdesk and teamviewer.
