remove a license

hi ,

i want to install proteus 7.7 pro it really is important to get my project done, but i mistakingly installed a wrong lisence, now i have no idea how to remove it .

i also wanted to remove the program entirely , but i could'nt find it in my control panel , it seems that it has'nt been installed at all. but i do'nt know why the license remains anyway.

please help me how to remove the license,

thank you for providing me with a solution but unfortunately i could not log in to my account in the mentioned website(forum). so i couldnt get any solution.

No uninstall in the program group or program folder or uninstall option in the installer?

no not really

it does not have any" uninstall " or "remove" option neither a "change "one so that i can change the license .

actually my friend came up with same problem and she changed her windows entirely, but i cant do it because i have an original windows.

Just go to registry editor you will found it in c:\windows\regedt and open it and then in EDIT menu click on find and then type the name Labcenter Electronics.. clcik on that folder You will found your previously installed license key.... checked once whether you want that license key or not... if you dont want then right click on that folder and delete that.... When you will launch new Proteus it will ask you for new license....

TO Remove Old Proteus Licence key and Add new one :
1)Go to place where you install it ..if you donot change the default path of installation ..you will find it in :
Drive C then Open Program file(X86) Then LabCenter Electronics Then Proteus then BIN Then LICENCE ...Open LICENCE And chosse the key and Remove It ..
2)To install new one in the same place where you remove old one chosse Browse for key file and add your new key Licence
