Remove and delete outlook express

Hello,Please could you help me remove and delete outlook express. I cannot remove from all my system and document,it is loading itself without my consent.I have blocked outlook express from all my systems, it's driving me mad it is getting worse. I would be very grateful if you could help,i do not want any other sites installed on my computer.Thank you regards Susan

What version of windows (or MAC OS) are you working with, and what version of Outlook Express. I ask because different Operating Systems and OE versions require different steps for removal. With OS info and OE info, I should be able to guide you through uninstall - note that on some OS's outlook express is integral to the OS and removing it can cause problems running some programs
