Question Remove Duplicate Tabs in Browser?

Hello

Is there an easy way to remove Duplicate tabs in Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Opera GX, UR Session, UR Browser etc in Windows 10/11 ?

I have loads and loads of tabs as it is - but sometimes I find its duplicated everything - and I mean everything!

I often don't realise till a while later which makes it much harder as I've changed and added tabs to some - so harder to close duplicates?

Any ideas?

What prevents you from closing unneeded tabs?

Close Duplicate Tab on Chrome web store seems to be what you want. Though it's certainly odd; in most cases, if you have so many tabs you need a tool to find duplicates, you're probably using a browser in a way that makes little sense.

Big thanks to @DSzymborski as that was exactly what I needed.

I had thought there would be a heck of a lot more duplicated tabs (for some reason sometimes it just Duplicates multiple Windows at a time)... but it shaved off 300+ from my 1400 total.

I'm an extreme Tab Collector I know!
