Question Remove HDD bay from NX200M

I have the Antec NX200M Case (https://www.antec.com/product/case/nx200m) and I can't fit my power supply in it because the HDD bay is in the way. It looks like from the manual and looking at it, that it slides out but I'm having issues getting it out. It has these strange clips but I'm not understanding how to remove it. Any help is appreciated.

The manual says max length for the PSU is 150mm.

What PSU do you have?
