Question Remove memory caused black screen

Hi everyone,

I’m stuck with a big problem. Lately I got WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR and saw that my pc didn’t recognize both 16GB RAM sticks. So I pulled them both out and placed them each in DIMM1 as the manual of my x299 msi gaming carbon motherboard said. And now I have black screen with both RAM sticks placed in DIMM1 each at a time.

Could someone help me please?

Which one is it ? The x299 msi gaming carbon, AC,Pro AC or Pro? What CPU do you have? On a 4-channels architecture CPU, (according to the Pro carbon AC) one stick is supposed to be in C1, 2 sticks C1,A1. is that how you tried? 2-Channels architecture CPU, 1 in C1, 2 in C1,D1
