removed win 10 from Acer Aspire cloudbook 14 want Ubuntu only boots in legacy now Not uefi

think boot sector missing ? nothing I try works , put in boot wipe only boots in legacy try booting in uefi and says no bootable device, try putting in a retail version of win 10 to repair and says cannot install in legacy, switch to uefi and again no bootable device, tried to install win 98, win 95, just to try and fix same message. tried lubuntu same thing.

I bought new from Acer direct refurbished outlet, 1.6mhz,2gb ram,32gb emmc flash ssd.

what a nightmare...

any help is appreciated

does it have an option to turn off secure boot or set boot to other OS?

yes, secure boot enabled will not allow anything to boot, secure boot disabled will allow to boot if in legacy but still does not matter if in uefi mode
