Help with bottlenecking.

I am running a GTX 770 Palit Jetsream 2GB GPU with an AMD FX-6200 CPU running at 4.2GHz. The bottleneck is incredibly bad, Same minimum FPS when running Battlefield 3, Planetside 2, Metro Last light etc. I sometimes comes right down to 35FPS online on Battleifeld 3 which i don't consider playable. I was wondering whether upgrading to the FX-8350 Piledriver would remove this horrific bottleneck?

I have already done some research on the becnhmarks for the 8350 but i havent yet seen one with a GTX 770.

Here are my specs just in case:

CPU: AMD FX-6200 4.2GHz
GPU: GTX 770 2GB Jetstream
RAM: 8GB single module 1333MHz
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990FX Rev 2.0
PSU: 750W Corsair CX750

That shouldn't bottleneck as bad as you say... Don't always assume that it's the hardware itself; perhaps you're not in the latest revision of drivers, or you've got AA turned on all the way, or you've set an FPS cap (that is available in some games).

I prob should've posted my settings, but I have no AA on since its a personal preference and i have Vsync/FPS caps off always. In the game settings and on the GPU settings as well.

Im pretty sure the problem is the CPU as other people with the same GPU get substantially better frames than me in every game. Average, Minimum and Maximum frames. I also have the latest drivers possible for the 770 i have tried the beta and the latest official release drivers as well.

Also the bottleneck is clear due to the CPU being used up 80-100% and my GPU using up about 30-40% especially on modded skyrim, Planetside 2 and Battlefield 3 the usage on the CPU is always dead on 100%.

Ah, okay. In that case, it most likely IS CPU bottleneck; next time, please post those specs in the OP so that we know what we're dealing with from the get-go; thanks :)
I think that it would make a difference; take a look at this link: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-8350-vs-AMD-FX-6200
However, I think that if you really want the best experience, you need an upgrade to a 4670k; that is a better CPU than the 8350.
