Hi!
I'm fed up with those Sims from wherever coming home after school or work.
I want the people in my neighbourhood to befriend each other, not some
strangers. Is there an easy, safe way to prevent them from visiting or
passing by or calling?

I'm not aware of one. The game just generates more townies if you kill them.

If you have SimPE, you could use it to make all the townies unemployed ,
which would at least prevent them from coming home from work with your sims.

Hm, that's an idea I haven't gotten into SimPE yet but this might well
be worth a try!
Thanks!
