Do you need the $99 isopropyl alcohol or can you use the %70 stuff?

Yes you can. I do all the time and it has never failed me. Just don't soak it. Use Q-Tips and make sure to remove all of it, that's it very easy.

The higher the "better" is my understanding, though I used 70% I had lying around. It's fine. Like scooby said just tiny bit at a time.
