My operating system is crashed and I want to install a new one but during install I don't know which partition is drive "c" to install Windows on it. My question is how can I know which partition is drive "c"? Or is there any software that i can rename partitions while no operating system?
Rhnx in advance..

Solution
You don't "install to drive c". Nor do you "rename" the partitions.

Rather...you install the OS on a BLANK drive, and it becomes the C.

What physical drives are in this system?

Physically disconnect ALL drives except for that which you want the OS on.
Boot from your WIn 10 USB....install.

I have just 1 physical disk with several partitions. Now I want to replace old operating system on partition "c" with a new one. But I don't know which partition is drive "c".

The letter C is being assigned automatically to the partition windows boots up from,
you have to figure out by the size of the partitions which one had c (windows) on it before.
If your partitions are all the same size then usually the first one is windows unless you have a small boot partition but you would have to run a live usb linux distro to make absolute sure.
