what will be the average rendering time for a 30min 4k and a 30min 1080p video (lets plays) if i have a strong pc with 8 core processor. I will be using adobe

If it's a true 8c, like a Ryzen 7; an older architecture like a FX8000 series
Or a HT-CPU like an i7

Really isn't a average, as isokolon suggests it depends on many factors. CPU, memory, # of memory channel, Vid card (yes you can use the GPU to assist). But most importantly is how much motion is in the video. Lots of motion=lots of time
