Reoccuring bsod, any help would be greatly appreciated

I've been randomly getting a bsod, irql_not_equal or less than and I'm trying to figure out what driver is causing this, or if it even is a driver. I fresh installed my graphics card, and sound drivers. So unless I screwed up in doing so I'm not sure that it's them.

From bluescreen viewer the info provided is

Dump 1 file

Dump 2 file

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
