Repair Motherboard freezing and sometimes no boot?

Hello so i got this problem with my motherboard:i start it but sometimes doesn boot,when it boot i stay from 30 min hp to 3-4 hours on it and than i got a freeze(it happened in Bios too)
I know its the mobo cuz i tested all the components on another computer(asus m5a99fx)
Mobo: am3 Asus M4A87TD EVO
Ram
8gb ddr3 Hyperx FuryBlack 1866 Mhz
Psu: Segotep GTR-550 550W(bad i know)
Procesor Athlon x4 559 3,4 Ghz (unlocked)
Hdd Wd blue 500 gb
Gpu r 7 360

maybe the the unlocked cpu does not run stable, may try reset it to whatever it should be.

Tried that same thing,lower ram frequency also tried ,1 stick only tried,different rams tried.

Check the MB to see any capacitor(s) has problem or not, like leaking, or venting on the top of the capacitor, etc.
Also may try other PSU too.
