repair windows 7

cannot repair windows 7 ultimate 64 bit; have installed it and been using it for the past 2 months and now it starts up telling me to repair but i tried, even with the installation CD but same is not working.

Try telling it to do nothing. Just start up normally?

did not work on startup normally;
solution:
disconnected all other HDs
removed Graphic card
removed extra RAM
boot windows in safe mode+cmd prompt
reboot--> same ok

but there was also another problem 1 of my RAM slots is now damaged; so now running with only 1 RAM slot
