i have segate 500GB internal hard drive it was dropped down when i was connecting it to the pc it was trying to retrive it but taking so much time approx. 20 min but when i touched HDD when it was connected to the pc it was vibrating but not shows the disk drive in PC

The shock from being dropped has damaged the delicate internal mechanism, plus the read/write heads will have crashed in to the data platters and caused permanent damage to both. This damage is not repairable . The drive will have to be replaced.
