repeating key in all open text boxes

Basically a number is spammed in text boxes and it doesn't stop. Even outside of chrome, like when im playing something and open the chat it spams it repeatedly. The only way to get it to stop is signing out of my PC. ive run malwarebytes a few times and it doesn't find anything so i dont know if its a virus. Also it occurs randomly so its not always happening. I also disconnected my keyboard while it was happening and it continued so its not my keyboard.

Some autofill function?

Have you noted if there is any pattern to the text boxes being "spammed". Maybe just certain applications.....

its usually spamming 1 or 14141, and its in every text box, games, chrome, windows menus

Turn off your computer to make the spamming stop.

Restart your computer and immediately go into Task Manager. See if you can see some process or service start up when the spamming begins. Maybe takes CPU time, more memory.....

Look at the startup tab. See if there are any applications running that you do not recognize or expect to be running.

Could be a corrupted application.

yea next time it starts happening ill check it out. and nothing out of the ordinary is in the startup tab

Greetings.Can u help me out? Facing the same problem with "/" key repeating in text boxes uncontrollably. Is your issue solved?
