My graphic Card is broken so I need a new one.

My PC has this setup:

Asus A8N-E
AMD 64 3200
2GB RAM
HIS Radeon X800GTO IceQ II (Broken graphic Card)
Power Suplly: 400W - Peak 380W(-20.5W) - Steady 286W(-23W) +3.3V(28A)/+5V(38A)/+12V(18A)/-12V(0.8A)/-5V(0.5A)/+5Vsb(2A)

Is this card good for my setup ? - XFX RADEON EHD4670 1GB DDR2 PCI-E Do I need a new Power Supply?

Thanks

Definitely not. I didn't even know they made DDR2 HD4670s but you don't want one. Get a 512mb DDR3 version. The extra memory on a 1gig is entirely useless for an HD4670.
Your PSU should be ok. Just to be safe you may want to consider an HD4650(DDR3) instead. With that processor I don't think the difference would matter much and the HD4650 is cheaper and uses very little power.

The DDR2 versions are a bit slower. As jyjjy said the extra memory is a bit useless in most cases on a 4670 since anything that really needs that much memory will probably run too slow on it anyway. There are a few exceptions, but not many. If you want to run two of them in crossfire then the picture may change a little in favor of the 1GB cards with certain games and with certain settings. Anyway the extra speed of the 512MB DDR3 will generally serve you better.

You don't need a new PSU, but I think it would be a good idea to get a good one, just to be safe, and one that you can use when you upgrade your system latter on.
