Fans are not just fans. There are 3 distinctly different kinds of fans.
1. High static pressure. These fans have a SP of 1.5 or better and their primary use is for radiators and other high impedance applications. Usually have 5-7 large, fat blades with shallow pitch.
2. High CFM. These fans are designed primarily to move a lot of air with little impedance, as in a case fan. Usually have 7-13 thin blades with a steep pitch.
Intermediate fans. Dual duty fans designed to do anything, but not as well specialized as high sp or high cfm. Usually have 7-9 medium size blades with a middling pitch.
