Replace Motherboard ACER FMP55

Hello I have an Acer Aspire M5610 desktop with motherboard FMP55 but want to replace it with a card that can handle;
º Dual-channel DDR3 memory architecture.
º Intel ® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules 1.3/1.2.
º 2 x 240-pin DDR3 DIMM socket support up to 16GB *
º Support for non-ECC memory modules.
º Support DDR3 1066/1333/1600 (with Ivy Bridge) SDRAM.
º LGA1156 socket for latest Intel Core i7 / Core i5 / Core i3 high-end desktop processors.
º DMI 2.5GT / s
º And when the fit on this FMP55 place.
º Can someone help me with this difficult task then I get fantastic happy.
