No.
Modular cables are NOT swappable between PSUs.
At the component end (GPU/SATA/etc), the pinouts are the same
At the PSU end, they are NOT the same.

You WILL kill one or more components.

You need the originals from Corsair.

Not Phanteks. You can get cables from Corsair. Did you Google it yet? Seems like you might not have before posting.

BitFenix and Adata cables also work. As do some Thermaltake (TPD, TPG and TPI). You can also get "C-Series" cables from CableMod, though they're pretty expensive.

Why did you submit a ticket to buy cables? Tickets are for tech support. You got your tech support here. Now you just need the cables.

What cables do you need? What country are you in?
Forgive my ignorance, I thought the way yo get the matching cables the whole kit was to contact corsair, I'm from Portugal, I would need the pcie cables

Ok. I don't know where you would buy stuff like cables in Portugal. There's no Amazon Portugal.

On Amazon Spain, I found this by searching for "Corsair PCIe":

https://www.amazon.es/BOINN-Adaptador-AlimentacióN-Modular-Corsair/dp/B08SWP5RXM/ref=sr_1_6?__mk_es_ES=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1

https://www.amazon.es/ACAMPTAR-Adaptador-AlimentacióN-Modular-Corsair/dp/B08W9MFBBZ/ref=sr_1_7?__mk_es_ES=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1

https://www.amazon.es/Basage-Adaptador-AlimentacióN-Modular-Corsair/dp/B08X69FZ3D/ref=sr_1_8?__mk_es_ES=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1

https://www.amazon.es/Dasorende-Adaptador-AlimentacióN-Modular-Corsair/dp/B08XYQ8KKM/ref=sr_1_9?__mk_es_ES=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1

The flat PCIe part number is CP-8920129. So I went on Corsair.com and searched for that part number and got this:

https://www.corsair.com/pt/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-|-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/Type-3-Flat-Black-Ribbon-Cable-PCIe-6+2-pin,-dual-connectors,-Compatible-with-all-type-3-pin-out-PSU/p/CP-8920129

The sleeved one is CP-8920143. So I went on Corsair.com and searched for it and got this:

https://www.corsair.com/pt/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-|-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/Type-4-Sleeved-black-PCIe-cable-with-pigtail-connector-and-capacitors-for-Type-4-PSU/p/CP-8920143

This one is also compatible:

Thx a lot, I researched a bit apparently it's the type 3 cables, but the whole kit is hell expensive

there is still a chance that Corsair will replace the cables if the unit is a registered product. i would wait a bit to see how the support from Corsair reacts before possibly wasting money on purchasing a set.
