Motherboard b350m I updated it before I replaced the cpu, when I try to boot the az debug light turns on and stays on, any ideas

Solution
7A39v2E and newer is needed.
Same motherboard here.
I will disconnect everything, touch metal, remove CMOS battery for 1 min and then put back.
put in CPU, 1 ram stick and gpu only, make sure psu cables are connected well, try booting.
