I will disconnect everything, touch metal, remove CMOS battery for 1 min and then put back.
put in CPU, 1 ram stick and gpu only, make sure psu cables are connected well, try booting.

So update bios via old cpu to the one you said then reset bios, can you link me where you found the bios as the one I listed was the newest I can find, thanks
Ok so I put in my old cpu I can boot into bios but can't get past that the 4th light on the debug is on, everyone I try to post just goes back into bios
