Replaced windows 7 with windows xp on c drive, my d drive data got hidden

Hi,
I have totally 6 drives in my PC and OS is installed in my C drive. I recently, downgraded (fresh installed) my OS from Windows 7 to Windows XP, then I verified all my drives... I found some of the files from D drive is hidden.

click on tools then
click on folder option then
click on view
and last click on or check on show hidden files and folder
