I've misplaced my install CD for Windows XP Home Edition and am looking to
find out where I can request another one.

If Windows XP is retail, contact Microsoft:

If Windows XP is OEM contact the seller, Microsoft may not be able to help
with OEM.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
