I'm looking for a replacement for my G500. It's been wigging out on me from time to time lately, and I think the sensor might be failing. Normally, I'd just get the same thing (this mouse has done me good service for the past 4 years), but I've always thought it was just slightly too big for my hand.

I wear a small glove (to give you a picture of my hand size), so I sometimes get cramps from stretching my hand around the mouse after a while.

I'd also like something with the same number/more buttons, as I use every one on the mouse (L, R, dpi adjust, scroll wheel, scroll wheel click, all 3 thumb buttons).

So far, I haven't had much luck finding something that matches all of these requirements. The G700 is even bigger than the G500, the Naga has gotten terrible reviews on comfort, the Kone+ comes close, but I don't like that I have to dedicate a button as a "shift" key, and it seems like everything else has at least one fewer button than the G500. Am I just going to have to settle for less buttons or tough it out with a slightly too big mouse, or is there something that I'm missing?

seriously dont recommend razer. build qualitty is pretty average. dont expect nearly the same quality as you get with a logitech product.

honestly id grab a g400s. its smaller than the g500 and has a newer coating on the top that helps with sweaty hands

if you want a smaller mouse than that, the sensi from steelseries is a good option, but its as plain as it gets

Not a fan of the "ambidextrous" designation (they typically are more uncomfortable for a righty than a normal mouse) or the price tag on the Razer. I've also heard terrible things about Razer's build quality and durability in general, though I haven't actually owned a Razer product myself.

The G400s would be perfect, except that it's short a button vs the G500. I can deal with one less button if I have to, but that opens up tons of other options.
