Today the 120mm fan on my CM Hyper 212 EVO cooler stopped working. I've swapped around the power cable to every 4-pin fan header on the motherboard with no success. So now I'm searching on Ebay for replacement fans. I found one that looks basically the same but it's 12V 0.54A compared to mine which is 12V 0.32A. Mine: A12025-16RB-4BP-F1; Ebay: A12025-22CB-4BP-F1.

So, is this compatible or should I look for something else?

Yes that fan would work (the difference in amps doesn't matter), but it looks like an air flow optimized fan. I would look for a static pressure optimized fan. A good budget choice would be the Arctic P12 PWM. The Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM is the best choice.

Is there a difference between the P12 PWM and P12 PWM PST?

Not really for your use. The PST edition allows you to piggyback additional fans onto the primary fan, so you could run 2 or 3 fans off of the same header.

Ah okay then. Will the lower fan max speed matter? The Arctic has a max of 1800RPM while my original 212 fan has a max of 2050RPM. My CPU is an FX-8320 but I never overclock it.
