Question Replacement for Intel DP67BG board ?

What can I replace my Intel DP67BG with ?
Specs:
2x ddr3 4gb RAM 1600mhz
Intel i5 3rd Gen
GTX 750ti Zotac
500gb HDD

I would consider saving that money and putting it toward a new CPU, motherboard, and RAM, as 3rd gen Intel is very outdated hardware. Both AMD and Intel has some excellent CPU's for under 100 dollars, and solid motherboards can be found for 150-200 bucks. With all that said, if you are keen on upgrading your board, I would look into the ASrock Z77 Extreme. It has more USB 3.0 ports than your current board, has beefier cooling on the VRM's, and supports faster memory speeds. Hope this helped, take care.
