Long story short: My R9 270 seems to be dead. So I'm looking for a nice replacement, but I find it difficult to decide the best option, as far as during the last months several new cards have been release (especially from AMD) and I'm a bit lost.

I'm not going to play anything above 1080p for the moment.

My initial options include GTX 1050, GTX 1050 Ti, RX 460, RX 550, RX 560... But I'm open to new suggestions. I also can wait for any upcoming GPU that could fit in my needs.

This is my build:

- CPU: Intel Core i5-4400
- Motherboard: B85 Anniversary
- RAM: Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600MHz 2x4 GB
- PSU: XFX TS 550w

Thank you!

A long time if it is anything like here in the US. That's why the GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1060 (3GB or 6GB) would be the ideal choice if you are in a hurry.
Of those you listed, the 1050 Ti is the most powerful. You have enough PSU and CPU to run much faster cards, however. Bear in mind, any AMD cards RX-470 and above are nearly non-existent at this time due to the bitcoin miners greedy appetite for them.
Do you have a max budget for the gfx card upgrade?

Agreed with above, the 1050 Ti is the best choice out of your initial options. Also agree to try find an RX 470/570 at the budget if you can even find one at the moment. They offer a pretty decent jump up (~50%) and you certainly have a Power Supply to support them. Either card will do good for 1080p Gaming at Medium/High in most modern games at a good framerate. Hope this helps :)

If you just want a replacement, the low end cards will do that. The 460/560 and the 1050 fill this role and are even a bit faster than the 270. Forget the 550 and 1030.

The 1050 Ti would be a sizable performance upgrade, plus you'd get 4gb vram. Your CPU could make use of more, but I get the impression you don't need more.

Thank you for all your responses.

Yes, a RX 470 or RX 570 sound like the perfect choice... But in this moment is IMPOSSIBLE to find one, at least in Spain, where I live.

Maybe I can wait for new stock of 570, but I don't know how long it will take...

Solution
Finally I have bought an GTX 1050 Ti. The only real alternative was the GTX 1060 3 GB, which cost about $70 more, but I think it doesn't worth it in my case, as I was not even planning upgrading my old R9 270 before it died.

Plus, I'm not used to play the latest games, instead I usually look for sales (normally games launched some time ago). So I hop the GTX 1050 Ti will do the job!
