Replacement for stock cooler

I'm currently using FX4100 for my home pc. It's good enough for me. Stock cooler on amd is really loud, compared to the intel ones.

I'm currently looking at Cooler Master Hyper 103. Some people recommend 212x or evo but i dont really have the money for a 212. Is the sound produced from 103 is similar to 212 or is there any other alternatives?

The 103 uses a 92 mm fan which must spin up and make noise to be effective.
A 120mm fan cooler will be more effective and quieter.
Buy a tower type which is more effective than a downdraft type.

hyper 212 is great air cooler, but if you cannot budget for that get a hyper t4, pretty close to the 212 but around $20
