Replacement from gigabyte

hello, I bought a mother bored about a year ago from gigabyte the mother bored is not functioning properly now and I need a replace it. I tried to find the beginning of this proses on gigabytes web sight but I could not find much. Does any one know how to start this proses of replacing a mother bored from gigabyte?

In your MB manual there should be an 800 phone number to call Gigabyte in the US. I think you can do it all over the phone too. I called that number a few years ago, talked to an American tech and got really good tech service over the phone and a problem corrected with one of their boards.

Thank you I filled out the ram a request, but Does it send a request to gigabyte do I need to wait for an approval if so how will they contact me?

You should get an email from them regarding the status.
(This is how all the RMA I have done worked.)
