Hello

So I've looked for some AC adapters for my laptop (ASUS K52J)
But I've only found adapters which hasn't matching in/outputs, so is anyone able to find one which I'd need, or doesnt it matter that much?
My adapters says this:
Input: 100-240V ~ 1.3A 50-60Hz
Output: 19V --- (line with smaller lines underneath) 3.95A
My laptop says this as input:
19V (line with smaller lines underneath) 3.95A, 75W

(For me to easily find the links, sorry if not allowed, please tell me before deleting!)

If the power ratings has to be exact, then none of those two match what I'd need, also would you be able to link EU sites?

The input/output doesn't need to match. The new adapter:

  • ■ Must have the same output voltage (19V in your case). Slightly different voltages (e.g. 19.1V) usually work fine. But increases the danger of frying your equipment.
    ■ Must have the same or higher output amperage (3.95 A in your case).
    ■ Must have input voltages which match your country (usually 110 or 220 or 240 V). Most adapters are 100-240 V - they automatically adjust to input voltage so they can be used in most of the world. But occasionally you run across one which is limited to 110V or 220V or 240V. These will work fine, you just won't be able to use them if you travel to other countries with different voltage electricity.
