Replacement Laptop for a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527

I am seeking to replace my old very slow Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Laptop with a more recent toshiba laptop (3 to 5 age range) that I can install and move the Western Digital Model WD5000BVET SATA Hard drive running Windows 7 to. So I can upgrade it to Windows 10. Can you advise and assist me and in this matter?

Moving hard drives from laptop to laptop is just begging for a nightmare, even from the same manufacturer. Windows is not designed to be modular in this way and while Windows 10 tries to compensate for people lazily cutting corners, laptops are have far more proprietary designs and this is never recommended as a good practice.

In any case, a newer laptop will very likely have its own Windows installed.
