My computer died on me. My power flickered in the house and my computer refused to restart. Im getting no beeps from bios startup. I tested alternate video card and power supply. I believe my problem to be the motherboard itself.
I need to replace my motherboard.
To get the same motherboard new is around $400. I was hoping to spend about $200 and keep the same quality without a pre-owned. Im not tech savvy so I just need to know if that's a pipe dream and that I should just bite the bullet or if a better motherboard could be suggested for $400.
P.S. I will take recommendations on other upgrades I could/should make as it has been a few years. I play D3, Overwatch, WoW, DotA 2, Destiny 2.

MotherBoard- Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Gen 3
Video Card- Zotac Nvidia GTX 750 TI 2 TB
Ram- G. Skill 2x8GB Intel XMP Ready DDR 3
CPU- Intel Core i7 2600k 3.48 GHZ
SSD- 120 GB
HDD-1 TB

for 200 you could get a 1500x (4 cores 8 threads) a new motherboard (B450) and new DDR4.
for your consideration

its not a big performance boost but you will no longer be on a dead socket and will have a bit of future upgrades in this system
