Question Replacement Nonslip Bumper Feet Strip for HP Envy 17" Laptop ?

Hello,
The Non-slip Bumper Feet Strip on my HP Envy 17" Laptop has worn out. The rubber (or silicone, I'm not sure) strip beneath the base became brittle and stiff with age and has fallen apart. The Base has a HP part number of 925454-001, but the strip does not have a part number. I contacted HP and they do not stock it. They said I have to buy it from a third party. I have had trouble finding the strip for this base online. Does anyone know where I can obtain a new rubber strip to replace it?

The strip you refer to most likely isn't available on it's own, hence no part number. Since a new base comes with the strip attached (example here), that's probably the best solution.

Otherwise, look for something similar that will serve as a DIY replacement and secure it to your existing base with a suitable adhesive.
