Replacement Strix GTX 970 doesn't look new.

I got a replacement order from Amazon but the plastic protective film over the back plate is missing and one of the sticker on the PCB is ripped, but still on the PCB. I was wondering did anyone ordered a new Strix 970 and the plastic protective film is missing. I had a feeling mine is refurbished due to the notorious coil whine. Or Asus got lazy and did not put on the protective film anymore on their GTX 970. Thanks for your opinions.

mine too was like yours. I contacted asus and told me that the card is brand new and not refurbished.
