Replacing 15z motherboard need opinions

I am replacing the motherboard in my dell 15z-5523 ultrabook and am looking for a bit of help. I need the wwan on it and was going to upgrade to have i7-3537u wwan and gt630m 2gb but cant find that boards partnumber so to keep my wwan i have 2 options.

1. I7-3537u with hd4000 gpu integrated

2. I5-3337u with gt630m 2gb

Suggestions on which would perform better?

Since the only difference between the processors is the a few hundred megahertz , I would go for the i5 w/gt630.
