Dell XPS 630: Processor Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9400 (2,88 GHZ; 1333MHZ, 8MB)
D10X606
4GB Dual Channel DDR2 800MHz (4x1024MB) Memory
Graphics 1 GB ATI Radeon 3870X2 graphics card connected to the PSU with two 2x3-pin PCIe® power connectors
128 MB Ageia PhysX PCI card

Which graphincs card will do?

thanx in advance

I'm living in the Netherlands.
My budget is limited, but please give me three options:
-State of the art
- Equal to he broken card
- Budget solution

The power says:
Total +12VDC Outputs shall not exceed 732 W
Max Output power: 750W

Thanx jay2577

You should have no particular problems, the HD3870x2 is a low power card by current standards, check out the chart at the end here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-review,review-32865.html
Final recommendations will depend on the monitor resolution but for now I'll suggest you look for the HD7790/GTX650Ti as top choice with the HD7750 or GTX 650 as rough equal.
You may find it difficult to find a budget card without sacrificing a lot of performance because very low end cards are often overpriced so I advise you don't consider that option.
