Replacing backlight on monitor Acer P191w

Hello,
How do I remove the back of my Acer monitor model #P191w to replace the backlight? I don't see any screws to remove.

If I were you I won't do that, LCD or LED display are quite fragile they require a skilled technician to service or repair them. You also need special tools to do that. Just contact the nearest acer service center to do that for you.
